Terms of Service
Effective:
1. Who we are and these terms
RepContext is operated by FJORD HEALTH LTD, registered in England and Wales with company number 15072260. Our registered office and correspondence address is 17 Poplar Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 1DR, United Kingdom.
These terms govern personal use of RepContext. Contact us at support@repcontext.com or our postal address above. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Creating an account is separate from buying a subscription. Your paid subscription begins when your purchase is successfully completed and confirmed. You can save or print these terms for reference.
2. What RepContext provides
RepContext is an AI-assisted training service for workout planning, set logging and progress tracking. ChatGPT is currently its only supported AI service and workout interface. The website provides account creation, subscriptions, account settings and support, not a standalone workout editor.
Account creation uses Google. Sign in with Google, or use email and password if your RepContext account has a password. You also need a compatible ChatGPT account with access to the RepContext connection. Check that you can use the required ChatGPT features before purchasing. RepContext is a separate service from Google and OpenAI; their charges and terms are separate.
Purchase independently on our website, then connect your existing account in ChatGPT and review the requested permissions. Connecting does not buy or change a subscription. There is no permanent free tier or free trial.
3. Eligibility and your account
RepContext is offered to UK residents aged 18 or over for personal use. Provide accurate account information, protect your Google account and any RepContext password, and do not share access or use another person’s account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or submit content you have no right to use. Do not submit another person’s training or medical information.
4. Price, billing and access
The subscription costs £3.99 per month in total, including any applicable taxes. FJORD HEALTH LTD is not currently VAT-registered. Stripe processes payment. Access starts immediately after successful purchase. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Each payment buys the next monthly billing period; there is no longer minimum commitment.
Your account and Stripe’s billing portal show subscription status and relevant billing dates. If payment fails or your account no longer has active access, training features may become unavailable. Contact support about an incorrect access decision or update payment details through your account.
We will explain any future price change before the renewal it applies to and give you an opportunity to cancel before the new price is charged. Changes will not increase the price of a period already paid for.
5. Cancellation and disconnection
To stop renewal, sign in to your account on the RepContext website, choose Manage subscription and complete cancellation in Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. If you cannot use the portal, email support with your account email and a clear cancellation request.
Ordinary cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. We do not routinely refund unused days, except under the first-purchase guarantee below or where you have a statutory right to a refund or another remedy.
Disconnecting RepContext in ChatGPT stops the connection being used there, but does not cancel billing or delete your data. Account deletion is available from website Settings when self-service is enabled, or through support. After identity verification and explicit confirmation, access is blocked, we immediately request billing cancellation and begin permanent deletion. Unpaid subscription amounts are waived. Provider failures are retried and remain visible as pending. You do not need to delete an account to stop renewal.
6. First-purchase guarantee and consumer rights
Cancel your first subscription purchase within 14 days after the day you purchase for a full refund of that first payment, even if you have used the service. Email support@repcontext.com with your account email and a clear cancellation request, or cancel through the billing portal. A cancellation received in time qualifies even while we process the refund; no separate refund request is required.
We arrange refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Once guarantee cancellation is completed, the subscription and paid access end. The guarantee applies to your first positive subscription payment, not each monthly renewal or each newly created account. A £0 subscription does not start the guarantee window. We use Europe/London calendar dates, including the whole fourteenth day after the payment date. Confirming account deletion is also a cancellation request; eligible refunds are processed automatically without a separate request.
Immediate access does not itself waive statutory cancellation rights. Our guarantee does not shorten a statutory cancellation period, require a particular form where the law does not, or remove rights to refunds, repeat performance, price reductions or other remedies.
Consumer law requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill, and digital content to meet applicable standards including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description. Contact support if RepContext falls short. Nothing excludes mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Fitness and AI limitations
RepContext offers general training assistance, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or professional supervision. AI suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and depend on information available to ChatGPT. A saved programme or target does not establish that an exercise is safe for you.
Use your judgement, check technique and loads, and work within your abilities. Seek qualified advice where a condition, injury, pregnancy or uncertainty affects safe exercise. Stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms and seek appropriate help. Do not use RepContext for emergencies.
We do not promise particular fitness results. Do not ask RepContext to store medical details in training fields or notes. These limitations describe intended use; they do not excuse failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill or remove your legal rights.
8. Your content and records
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us to store, process and transmit it as necessary to provide requested features, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission is limited to those purposes and applicable retention needs.
Review AI-created plans and saved results. Corrections and unticked sets may retain earlier values in change history. Request access, export or deletion through support; there is no self-service account deletion or export feature. Removing RepContext records does not remove copies in ChatGPT conversations.
Branding, software and other service materials remain protected by their owners’ rights. You may use them as necessary for your permitted personal use of RepContext.
9. Availability, changes and suspension
Maintenance, faults or changes to third-party services may interrupt RepContext. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility. Contact support if an interruption materially affects the service you paid for; statutory remedies remain available.
We may make reasonable changes for security, legal requirements or improvements. We will explain material changes adversely affecting paid service and provide appropriate notice and cancellation/refund remedies where required. We will not remove the essential benefit of a paid period without an appropriate remedy.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal reasons or a serious breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain why and give an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent protective action may be needed first. Contact support to challenge a restriction. If we discontinue the paid service, we will notify affected customers and refund the unused prepaid period.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or was contemplated by you and us when the contract was made.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We supply RepContext for personal use, do not agree to supply it for business purposes and do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from such use.
11. Complaints, changes to terms and law
Send service or billing complaints to support@repcontext.com so we can investigate and explain our response. The Privacy Policy describes privacy complaints and data rights.
We will explain material changes to these terms before they affect you, with reasonable notice and an opportunity to cancel where appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or statutory protections. The effective date above identifies the version.
The law of England and Wales governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, your home jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration or restrict mandatory rights to use local courts.
